Everyone at CertaPro has been communicative and professional. The painting job was done quickly, cleanly, professionally, and beautifully.

Positive: The room looks good. The two painters were good at their job.
Negative: (1) Customer has to commit to every detail of the project in advance. Customer submits all the information and, as a non-professional may miss something.
(2) Customer is not told at the beginning," we only use Benjamin Moore paint? We don't actually match existing paint by other brands." Also, "consultation" about paint color is a hopeless online gizmo, not consultation with a human.
